17 May was International Day Against Homophobia, Biphobia and Transphobia, called IDAHOBIT. Professor Birgit Lang explains why this day is necessary and how we can show our solidarity with the queer community. She is Professor of German and a historian of gender and sexuality, sex research and psychoanalysis at Melbourne University.
