Berlin's Mayor Michael Mueller visited Sydney and enjoyed lunch with journalists at a well-known Eastern suburbs fish-and-chips restaurant.
He told Wolfgang Mueller that Sydney and Berlin are experiencing similar problems in delivering huge infrastructure projects on time and on budget.
