"It was like a science fiction film"

Yasmina Buhre left Melbourne in mid March to visit her mother in Germany. Due to the corona pandemic, the parish worker and mother of two school-age children was stuck in Europe for eight weeks, and a further two weeks in a Melbourne hotel.
