Every town should have a good bakery and a good brewery

Julian Widera is a passionate and enthusiastic beer brewer. After studying brewing and beverage technology in Germany, he felt unchallenged in his profession and made his way to New Zealand and finally Australia. He has built twelve breweries here so far, including the “Lost Watering Hole” brewery in Lancefield, Victoria. Julian Widera brews the five different types of beer that the brewery offers strictly in accordance with the German Purity Law.
