Australia is a country of immigrants. Every year the number of new Australians is growing. These newcomers will first have to get used to the new country, the customs and traditions, and possibly also the language. Some will find it easier than others. What is the reason for this? Probably the level of their cultural intelligence. But what is that actually? Astrid Hofmann is an expert in this field. With her company Project Global Citizen, she supports companies, universities and schools in promoting cultural intelligence.
