Most livable cities: What is Vienna doing differently?

According to the "Global Liveability Index 2018", an annual report by the "Economist Intelligence Unit", Vienna has overtaken Melbourne for the first time and is now determined the world´s most livable city. SBS asked Austria´s Sydney-based Trade Commissioner and Consul Karl Hartleb how it differs from other cities and whether Vienna deserves its top spot.
