Why Monash University students learn to yodel

Gerald Marko, born in Graz, discovered his passion for music at an early age. At the age of 12 he already plays guitar, bass, drums, piano and sings along. Later he studied German philology and literature and gets accepted at the Stella Academy in Hamburg to get trained in performing arts. The beginning of his stage career. From then on, he plays leading roles in well-known musicals such as Cats, Saturday Night Fever and Buddy Holly - 400 (!) times a year. Now he passes on his experience to his students at Monash University, where he is responsible for the "Popular Music" course.
