New laws in NZ for climate and animal protection

New Zealand is moving forward with three groundbreaking laws: New rules are to be introduced in the fight against climate change, and animal welfare will also be dealt with more severely in future. New Zealand also wants to become smoke-free as soon as possible. Barbara Barkhausen did some research for us and explained to my colleague Adrian Plitzco what good ideas our neighbours have developed.
