Tea Dietterich is founder and CEO of 2M Language Services in Brisbane, a global translation and interpreting company. With conferences and events around the world canceled due to the pandemic, 2M had to adapt overnight - a change Tea's company was prepared for and embraced, thanks to digitisation. Interviewed by SBS correspondent Katharina Loesche, Tea talks about the transition process and the importance of not being afraid of machine translation programs as a language service.
