Nosferatu (1922) has landed in Australia

Nosferatu, by F.W. Murnau, is often cited as the world’s first vampire film. Released in 1922, it tells the harrowing story of Vampire Count Orlok (played by Max Schreck) who expresses interest in a new residence... The Goethe Institute is presenting the film with a live soundtrack, from 20-23 November.


There are four screenings:

November 20 – Melbourne, Astor Theatre 7pm

November 21 – Brisbane, QAGOMA 7pm

November 22 – Sydney, Chauvel 7pm

November 23 – Canberra, NFSA 6pm
