During the pandemic, many people fled from the cities to the countryside, and not only in Australia. In our country, however, another trend is now emerging: the flight to the island. Private islands are also sometimes cheaper than a flat in the city. Barbara Barkhausen looked around the rather special real estate market for us and spoke to Trudi Latour on the phone.
