South Korea in May 1980. The country is at a crossroads between military dictatorship and democracy. At the time, German journalist Jürgen Hinzpeter was significantly involved in helping the world learn about the brutal suppression of protests. These events, which are still very important for South Korea today, are portrayed in the movie A Taxi Driver.
