Back in 1992, an intrepid Victorian, Charles Davidson, traveled to Japan where he was blown away by the Japanese Bathing Culture. On his return, Charles and his brother Richard investigated the possibility of turning a little-known hot spring at Fingal VIC into an award-winning bathing complex. SBS reporter Pamela Rauleder has more.
