Breast cancer is the most common cancer among Australian women. Finding it early provides the best chance of surviving the disease, as does maintaining a healthy lifestyle, with lots of exercise, good sleep and sensible nutrition. We spoke to breast cancer survivor Doris Mounsey to find out more.
