Erika Schmid has been living in Sydney for almost ten years. She is a tourism professional and now runs her own company Sidu - Safe in Down Under. The idea originated after an emergency, when Erika jumped in as a Good Samaritan. Now she has set up a company that wants to give German tourists a hassle-free vacation by dealing with language-based and bureaucratic difficulties with insurance companies, car rental companies, hotel bookings and any problems that can arise during a holiday.
