Skilled migration starts with German craftsmen

Australia Day marks the beginning of the European settlement of the 5th continent. Next week, there is another important day in the colony's growth story and emigrants from Germany played an important role in this. Historian Jakob Anderhandt explains that the skilled migration policy began 175 years ago in Melbourne.
