Learning English grammar is one thing, but the correct pronunciation is for Germans a major challenge! Words like three, thunder, throttle or throne are usually avoided and the whole "W - V" swap isn't pleasant either. Nevertheless, German-speaking English teacher Vicki Drozdowski has a few viable tricks. Why don't Aussies say "Volkswagen" correctly?
