The latest census showed nearly a third of Australians do not follow a religion. But among the non-believers, increasing numbers are seeking spirituality elsewhere. In the heart of Sydney's CBD, there's a space for workers to stop and meditate.
The courses are led by a German migrant from the Ruhr district, yoga teacher Svenja Dahm.

Yoga was born in India, roughly 2,500 years ago. There are countless versions of it. Svenja's version is Hatha Yoga.
