The Swiss Festival 2018 is history. 5,200 punters visited the two-day event at the Alliance Francaise in St Kilda VIC. One of them was Swiss chocolatier, book author and pastry chef Franz Ziegler - who was most impressed with the "dazzling display of Swissness" in Melbourne.
