Swiss rösti and fondue against homesickness

Since October last year, Swiss people are able to appease their homesickness at the newly opened Edewyss Bistro/Bar at the Swiss Club of Victoria in Melbourne. The restaurant reopened after a four-year break and a solid renovation. We took a look around Edelwyss and talked to Vice President Patrick Rychner and new operator Mark Hannon.
