Siegfried Pyka from Sinzig (Rhineland-Palatinate) emigrated to Australia with his family in 1987. After eight years in hot and dry WA, he found his home in green Tasmania. With a lot of diligence and humor, he has set up a salmon farm near Launceston and smokes according to a secret family recipe.
