Since the Corona pandemic, many companies have increasingly turned to eLearning - electronic learning, no matter where the employee happens to be. At first, this sounds abstract. Yet almost everyone has learned via a digital platforms at some time or another: obtaining information via the Internet - "I'm just Googling this" - is already part of everyday life. But what are the advantages of digital learning? How can online courses be designed so that employees don't just click through boring PowerPoint pages?
