This year's German Film Festival starts on April 30. Until the end of May, you can watch over 40 German-language films in eight cities across Australia. The festival is co-organized by the Goethe Institute Australia. During a pre-screening in Melbourne, we met the director of the Goethe Institute, Christoph Mücher. We asked him for an insight into this year's program.

From April 30 to May 28, the German Film Festival will be showing over 40 German-language films in Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Ballarat, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth and Byron Bay. You can already buy tickets on the film festival website.
