The Association of German Engineers has 155,000 members world-wide. The Australian division is one branch of the global network, and numbers approximately 100 engineers and also students and professionals of related disciplines, such as sciences and research. We spoke to the division secretary Karl Will, who came to Australia in 2005 and runs an engineering business himself.
The association has its own newsletter, organises workshops and conferences, and facilitates the exchange of ideas, information and contacts.
