Hanni Dibbayawan is the president of the Cäcilien Choir. It was formed by a group of new immigrants in 1956. They even sang together on the sea voyage over to Australia already. Today the choir has 26 members, and also a few guest singers. The choir is probably the most sophisticated German choir in Australia, with a repertoire including Mozart, Haydn and Wagner, as well as modern pop music. On the 11th of October you can see and hear them at their concert - which will include a performance. The location is 112 Edwin Street North, Croydon, Sydney.
