Vienna: highest in quality of life

For the second year in a row, Vienna, Austria has been ranked the most liveable city in the world. Melbourne, took the second-place spot, with Sydney, Osaka and Calgary making up the remaining top five on the annual index of 140 cities around the world. Karl Hartleb, Austrian Consul-General in Sydney says the top honour for Vienna is well deserved.
