The world is failing to meet its sustainable development goals

At the current United Nations Summit on the Sustainable Development Goals, UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres is sounding the alarm. Eight years ago, the 17 Development Goals were agreed upon. They were supposed to be implemented by 2030. But things are not looking good.
