Maryanne Piper is a musician. She lived in Germany for a long time, but returned to her native New England at the beginning of the Covid crisis. There she has not only started an artists' collective since then, but also re-enrolled at university, where she is writing a thesis on the representation of artists in rural Australia and why they are so underrepresented.

A call for support for rural artists
