Climate change and the growing global population are forcing us to rethink our eating habits. By 2050, an estimated ten billion people will live on Earth. How are they all supposed to be satisfied? Professor Johannes le Coutre from the University of New South Wales knows all options — from feeding on insects to meat from the laboratory.
