2019 is an election year. In the chic electoral division of our former Prime Minister Tony Abbott, in Warringah, Sydney, there are several independent candidates, who put their hands up. My colleague Barbara Barkhausen talked to a German activist, Ann-Charlott Paduch, who is involved in the campaign against Tony Abbott in the Warringah constituency. Since there are many independent alternative candidates to Tony Abbott, his opponents not want to spread their votes too widely. So most Grassroots campaigns have now agreed to select one of them to support. This is Zali Steggall, a lawyer and former Olympic athlete.
