Canberra is about to experience a breathtaking opera gala, with six international stars hailing from Saarbrücken. It's all happening for one night only and SBS German have tickets to give away!
Six international guest artists from the Saarländiches Staatstheater of Saarbrücken, Germany will perform an exquisite repertoire of arias with the Canberra Symphony Orchestra (CSO), under the baton of CSO Chief Conductor and Artistic Director, Nicholas Milton AM, whose charismatic stage presence and dynamic conducting style are renowned.
The six opera stars – originally from Germany, Iceland, Japan and Chile – have performed on stages throughout Europe, the United States, and Japan. The Gala will present an exquisite programme of arias by Puccini, Wagner, Verdi, Rossini and Mozart.
The concer will take place at Llewellyn Hall, ANU on the 8th of July 2017 in Canberra.
