Archbishop Makarios live on SBS Greek Radio

His Eminence will visit for the first time the organisation's offices in Sydney. His interview will also be live streamed on SBS Greek's Facebook page.

It is the first time his Eminence Archbishop Makarios of Australia visits the headquarters of SBS Radio in Artarmon, Sydney.

The interview will encompass topics including current challenges faced by the Greek Australian community and proposed solutions by the Archdiocese (such as Greek language learning, church approaching the youth) and tensions between the Ecumenical Patriarchate and the Moscow patriarchate among other important issues.

Upon his arrival at the SBS offices, the Archbishop will be welcomed by staff from the Greek program and across different departments. Attending will also be the SBS Director of Audio and Language Content, Mandi Wicks.
