Morrison and Mitsotakis discussed the fight against coronavirus

The Prime Ministers of Australia Scott Morrison and Greece Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with their counterparts of another five countries and discussed the fight against COVID-19.

"We shared experiences about second waves, avoiding lockdowns and keeping our economies open safely. We also discussed next steps on a vaccine and how it’s critical we collaborate on distribution and sharing", said Mr Morrison.
The virtual meeting (earlier tonight Australian time) was the sixth for the leaders of Australia, Greece, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Israel and Norway, since the pandemic began.
Mr Morrison thanked Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz for hosting the meeting and for the update he provided on how is recovering after last week’s terrible terrorist attacks.
