Victorian authorities have deemed that 8 of Melbourne's public housing towers will open under level 3 restrictions.
EDight of Melbourne's nine towers, except the, will move to Stage 3 restrictions, with the only one left in lockdown being 33 Alfred Street estate
This means residents will be able to leave for essential work, study, exercise or care responsibilities.
