It is another big first for the AFL, but Eleni Glouftsis says she will try to treat her league debut just like any other game.Glouftsis, 25, will become the AFL's first female field umpire when Essendon takes on West Coast this Sunday."I'm a huge football fan and it's the reason I umpire - to be involved at the best level I can," Glouftis said. She hopes her debut will open doors for other young girls who may consider umpiring as a career path."There were no female AFL umpires to look up to [when I started]. I had one or two other females at my local level but it was sparse in terms of females around the place," she said.More in this report by Dimitris Theofanis
