The chair of the federal committe reviewing the handloing of the pandemic, labor senator Katy Gallagher said to the ABC that the head of the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, Janet Anderson send a letter to the committee, revealing that the Commission knew the outbreak in St Basil's but did not pass the information to other authorities.
