The human rights group Amnesty International says it has verified images and video footage showing bullets were fired into the Australian immigration detention centre in Papua New Guinea during last month's attack involving the local military. The federal government insists shots were only fired into the air when soldiers tried to forcibly enter the Manus Island compound on April 14. Odysseas Kripotos discusses the story with Dina Gerolymou.
