Archbishop Makarios: wealth does not bring joy, Christ does

The Greek Orthodox Archbishop Mr Makarios visited yesterday for the first time the Parish of Liverpool and District, in Sydney’s west.

In his sermon, his Eminence stressed that “we should not depend on money, material goods and in wealth in general rather reply on Jesus for joy and salvation.
