An autism diagnosis for a child makes most parents lose the earth under their feet. The difference of their child often leads to isolation for the whole family.

Steve Dracoulis is the father of a boy with autism. Witnessing the great need for support and social inclusion for families of children with autism, nine years ago he set up  Autism Community Network , a volunteer organization in New South Wales .

Today  Autism Community Network  helps over 1600 families, children, and adults with Autism. Their adult program is unique in the state of NSW.  Organizing nights in an Autism friendly club, where they go out, have fun, but above all they share their experiences and fight social exclusion.
