Calls for a better quarantine plan to help Australians trapped in India - not a travel ban

As Scott Morrison announces a temporary ban on travel from India due to its rising coronavirus cases, an estimated 9,000 Australians remain stranded there. Their loved ones back home say they should not be blamed for Australia’s hotel quarantine failures.
