Australia has reached 80 deaths from coronavirus, with the latest victim coming from Tasmania.

The victim was a 90year old man who passed away at Mersey Community Hospital, Latrobe. The city is in the state's northwest, an area that has marked 9 of the 10 fatalities in the island since the outbreak.

Meanwhile, a flight from Buenos Aires will bring home more than 150 Australians and 20 New Zealanders that had been stranded in South America. The flight is expected to arrive in Melbourne at Sunday evening. The passengers from New Zealand will spend the night in Melbourne, before travelling to their country.

The Australian passengers will enter quarantine for 2 weeks.

Here is the message of Brett Heckett, Australia's Ambassadot to Argentine, Uruguay and Paraguay.
In Sydney, the beaches of Clovelly, Marubra and Coogee will be open between 6am-9am this weekend. The beaches had previously reopened to the citizens only for light exercise, but scores of people gathered at the beaches, breaching the 1.5 meter rule.
