Coroner Simon Cooper has presented his findings on the death of Voula Delios, by Daryl Cook, saying his behaviour had been threatening and erratic before his release.
Daryl Cook killed Voula Delios on 2016,. shortly after his release from prison. He was found not guilty due to insanity. Cook was released from prison early due to good behaviour. However in his investigation of the case coroner Simon Cooper, says that Cook's behaviour had been erratic and threatening during his imprisonment, and that Cook was released with an untreated mental ilness.
