Argiro Koutsouradi is a 25 years old woman, who decided after completing her studies in Agriculture to return to her island and cultivate Greek herbs to make a living. As many young people decide to leave Greece due to the economic crisis, she decided against all odds to return to Chios. Argiro says that with the great support of her family, she is attempting to make the most of the Greek natures gifts and share it with the world. Maria-Stella Papageorgiou spoke to Argiro Koutsouradi about the herbs she cultivates and the opportunities that could bring her for a successful new business.
