Vasiliki Varitellis Danas decided to launch a Facebook page that honours and celebrates the lives of Greek immigrants since the 1800s.
The members of the group searching for old photos for the benefit of other members wanting to see their loved ones, united in their myriad sentiments ranging from excitement to nostalgia.
“Today we are proud to say that our little community counts over 16,000 members who actively interact with each other", Vasiliki Varitellis Danas said in an interview with Greek Program.
