After a two-year, renowned Greek-American comedian Basile is returning to Australia for a series of live performances.

Basile will be performing in theatres and entertainment venues across major Australian cities.

What makes his shows truly special is his unique ability, despite being born and raised in the United States, to captivate audiences of all ages — from grandparents to parents and grandchildren — all members of the Greek diaspora.

He delights them with humorous takes on growing up and living outside Greece, as well as witty observations about the connection Greeks abroad have with their homeland.

This year’s performances are titled “Yiayia Don’t Play – Η Γιαγιά δεν παίζει.” More abou the performances in this interview that he gave to SBS Greek.
