A study published in the "British Medical Journal" has shown some fruits and vegetables containing flavonoids, may be partly responsible for the loss of unnecessary weight. Nutritionist Dimitra Papamichou talks to SBS Greek about this study and, additionally, she talks about the nutrition value of seafood
