Governments are turning to sustained management and recovery, as coronavirus cases and related deaths continue to rise.


France has turned its focus to mental health, while Eastern European countries have started the push for third dose vaccination. 

In Japan, the government is considering an end to the state of emergency to take pressure off the economy.
