Greeces women thrashed Turkey by 29 points on Thursday and made it to the semifinals of the 2017 Eurobasket in the Czech Republic as well as to the next World Championship.
The national team won 84-55 at the quarterfinal in Prague producing one of its best performances ever against another of the tournaments favorites; it had already beaten holder Serbia and three-time winner Russia.
