Greek-Australian scientists’ research points to treatment breakthrough for viruses

RMIT University scientists in Melbourne have led an international collaboration that potentially unlocks better treatment of viral diseases, including the flu and common cold. Maria-Stella Papageorgiou spoke to Dr Stavros Selemidis and Professor Ross Vlahos about the results of their research that was published recently in the prestigious scientific and medical journal Nature Communications.
