Greek designers promoted to Australia

For the first time ever in Australia, a selection of multi-talented Greek fashion designers and artisans are represented in a showroom. The Greek Style Council is a platform to showcase emerging and established designers, selected for their dedication to fine craftsmanship and exceptional design. Greek-Australian Helen Tirekidis-Doumanis says Greek Style Council has forged partnerships with premium ready-to-wear, jewellery and accessories designers, and will serve as the nexus between Greece and Australia. Its purpose is to elevate awareness of Greek fashion labels abroad. Helen Tirekidis-Doumanis spoke to Sotiris Hatzimanolis about her project:
